Stay in the loop from studio to doorstep

This page explains when you will receive tracking information for in-house orders, how to follow your package, and what to do if a tracking number does not show up. If you need help with a specific order, please get in touch.

When you will receive tracking

Tracking is sent by email as soon as your in-house order has been packed and dispatched. This typically happens:

  • Fine art prints, oracle deck and journal: within 2–5 business days of your order being placed.
  • Original artworks: within 5–7 business days, because extra care is taken with protective packaging.
  • Pre-order items: once stock arrives and the order is ready to leave the studio. You will also receive an update if there is any delay.

The dispatch email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can follow your package in real time.

Wearable Art orders

Clothing items such as t-shirts, hoodies and tank tops are produced and shipped directly by Printify. Tracking for these orders is sent by Printify's fulfilment system once the item enters production and ships, usually within 5–10 business days. These updates are separate from in-house orders.

If your tracking has not appeared

Sometimes tracking can take a little longer to appear than expected. Here is what to do:

  1. Check your inbox and spam folder. Dispatch emails can occasionally land in promotions, junk or spam folders.
  2. Allow the full dispatch window. For originals, please allow up to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  3. Check your order confirmation. Make sure the email address on your order is correct. If it contains a typo, the tracking email may not reach you.
  4. Contact me. If you still do not have tracking after the dispatch window has passed, please reach out with your order number and I will look into it straight away.

Tracking shows no movement

Carriers sometimes scan packages slowly, especially during busy periods or for international shipments. If your tracking number has not updated for several days:

  • Wait 48–72 hours and check again — initial scans can be delayed.
  • For international orders, remember that customs processing can take extra time and may not show updates online.
  • If there is still no movement after a week, please contact me with your order number and I will follow up with the carrier.

Order status updates

You will receive email updates at each key stage of your order:

  • Order confirmation — immediately after checkout.
  • Dispatch confirmation — when your package leaves the studio, including tracking.
  • Delivery updates — provided by the carrier as your package moves through the network.
