If something is not right, we will make it right

I want you to love what you receive. This page explains when items can be returned, what condition they need to be in, and how to start the process. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Eligibility windows

The return window depends on the type of item you ordered:

  • Original artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or do not match the description shown at purchase.
  • Fine art prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • Clothing and wearable art (t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for quality issues or incorrect sizing, provided the item is unworn and unwashed.
  • Yoga Oracle deck and companion journal can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original condition.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition with no signs of wear, washing or use.
  • Original artworks and prints are returned with any packaging and documentation included in the shipment.
  • Clothing items have all original tags attached and have not been worn, washed, altered or scented.
  • Oracle deck and journal returns must be sealed and unopened, unless the item arrived damaged.
  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

How to start a return

  1. Contact me first. Send an email to kellie@kellieespie.com within the relevant return window with your order number, the item you want to return, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Wait for approval. I will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions or a resolution.
  3. Ship the item back. Once approved, pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided. For damaged or incorrect items, I will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns on wearable art, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
  4. Refund or replacement. Once the return is received and inspected, I will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit at no extra cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Worn, washed or altered clothing.
  • Opened oracle decks or journals.
  • Items returned outside the eligibility window.
  • Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
  • Custom or commissioned works unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
